Hollyoaks have spent months building the ship we fans know as ‘Jarry’ but it know seems to be coming apart thick and fast. James might have a lot of problems from the years of abuse he suffered at the hands of Mac but lately he just seems to be a completely different person.
The episodes airing at the moment seem to be stuck in a loop of Harry and Ste kiss followed by James drugging Harry the next episode he says he loves him… and repeat.

Nobody watching particularly likes the Ste far-right plot that is ongoing but even so this was his storyline there was no need to bring Harry back into his life.
Other gripes I have with storylines at the moment is Sadie, like where on earth did this plot come from? Harry was back in the village for months and not even a hint of anything happening are we really to believe Sadie spent the first 6 months of her pregnancy without asking for a single penny from him?

To me it smacks of another same-sex couple having a baby forced on them by bad writing.
Are Hollyoaks really trying to character assassinate James? He might be a much loved character but there are only so many times you can drug someone before we the viewers start getting bored of you.
