An utterly conflicted Dylan struggles to contain his fury at Lev, and Fenisha steps up to help in Jan’s hour of need.
Dylan is torn between wanting to be honest with Faith about Lev cheating on her, and knowing that the truth would ruin her life at an already trying time. He finally decides to tell her the heartbreaking truth, and she goes to confront Lev. As her bump continues to grow, Fenisha wonders how much longer she can keep her pregnancy a secret.
Meanwhile, Jacob treats Multiple Sclerosis sufferer Felix, but quickly becomes concerned when it is revealed that he was diagnosed abroad, and thinks that there may be another reason behind his symptoms.
