Laurel’s concerned to see Gabby looking tearful but she covers, determined not to give Laurel any more to worry about. Later, Gabby approaches Jamie asking to talk, but he cruelly shuts her down, pointing out she was a bad drunken mistake, and advising her to forget what happened between them. She’s devastated.
The next day, Laurel’s shocked when Gabby admits she might be pregnant. Suggesting she takes a test, Gabby’s full of shame as they both wait for the result. A shocked Gabby reveals she’s pregnant but won’t tell Laurel who the father is, assuring her he won’t want anything to do with the baby. Laurel reassures her she’s not alone and agrees to keep quiet for now but suggests she tell the father regardless, as he might surprise her.
At the vets, Jamie confesses the extent of his feelings for Dawn to Paddy and reassures him it won’t affect the business, Jamie considers his next move as Gabby approaches. Will she tell Jamie she’s pregnant?
