A detoxing Jonno turns on Luca.

Valerie organises team appreciation gifts.

Ruhma tries to get Sid to unwrap his feelings.

Zara Carmichael can handle almost anything – but a locked car and a dead phone on the wrong day might just push her to her limit.

Valerie tries to drum up enthusiasm for the appreciation gifts, chasing up people to pick names. Between Jimmi and Al’s indifference and Zara’s snappishness this is an uphill struggle.

Emma reminds an outraged Luca that addicts can only get help if they themselves want to change.

Zara has two important meetings, a dying phone, and no patience left. It’s not the day for someone reverse into her car and then leave without noticing, it’s not the day for the car battery to die and it’s not the day for the immobiliser to kick in, locking her inside.

Zara begs Gary, a passer-by, to phone the Mill. Daniel arrives to rescue her but realises his security adjustments have left his keys useless as well. He apologetically phones a recovery service while Zara tries not to explode.
