Monday
Cain’s seething to learn Caleb’s taken up residence in the B&B. Eager to prevent a fight, Nate suggests they let the family decide Caleb’s fate. That afternoon, the Dingle Court convenes at the Dingles to debate Caleb. Belle, Cain, Charity, Chas, Moira, Nate, Noah, Sam, Zak. Already split down the middle, the court is thrown on its head when the defendant himself makes a surprise appearance. Despite Cain’s threats, Caleb remains resolute he’s staying in the village come what may But will it be his choice?
Victor sets out to win his family over. But will it work? Claudette and Charles are upset Victor is still in the village and determined to protect his mother, Charles vows to ensure his father leaves immediately. Meanwhile, Naomi’s charmed by Victor. But Charles is furious they are talking and gives his father both barrels telling him to leave. Confused Naomi demands an explanation for his hatred of Victor. And before long, Charles opens up about his and Claudette’s traumatic life with Victor.
Mack continues to assure Chloe he’s over Charity. But she’s conflicted when he asks to spend the day with her. Feelings bubble as Mackenzie and Chloe return from their day trip and the pair head upstairs.
Tuesday
Chas gently evicts Caleb from the pub. Accepting this, he heads off to pack his things. Whilst at home, Moira continues to do her utmost to deter Cain from revenge. At Home Farm, an unwashed Gabby’s still struggling with her heartbreak, but is rallied by a frank pep-talk by Kim. Later, Bernice and Laurel are startled to see Gabby turning up for work at the Hide. Although she’s far from over Nicky, her family gather to support her through the heartbreak. Out on Main Street, Leyla rejects Caleb when he tries to apologise. Meanwhile, Charity’s gutted to see Mack and Chloe getting close. Lonely Charity offers Caleb a drink. Before long, the two bond over wine. Lonely and drunk, Charity and Caleb open up to each other. Together in their misery, the pair find solace in each other.
After the revelations, Naomi promises to stay away from Victor. But will she?
When Mack appears keen to embrace their situation, Chloe does her best to disguise her delight.
Rishi’s delighted when Tom moves into Holgate. But Belle is frustrated to have a third wheel in her relationship.
Wednesday
The next day, Charity and Caleb agree to keep last night a secret. Gabby worries she’s not yet strong enough to face the village. Her fears are proven right when a tense altercation with Caleb leaves her upset. Caleb invites Leyla to lunch in the pub. Just as Leyla begins to forgive Caleb, a bust up between Charity and Mackenzie leads to the shock revelation that captures the attention of the entire pub. It’s pandemonium in the pub after Charity reveals she slept with Caleb. Jealous Mack squares up to Caleb. Once home, Gabby’s upset after her run in with Caleb and Will simmers with anger.
Manpreet suggests Charles should hear Victor out. But will he?
Chloe’s frustrated when Mack’s reluctant to tell Charity about their new relationship. There’s pandemonium in the pub after Charity reveals she slept with Caleb. Jealous and upset, Mack squares up to Caleb. Whilst, Chloe’s hurt by Mack’s reaction, she offers him an ultimatum: her or Charity. Who will Mack choose?
Feeling guilty for leaving Rishi out, Tom and Belle reluctantly invite him to join their romantic lunch date.
Thursday
When Tom hears NIcola needs a babysitter he volunteers as a way of getting time with Belle but will it go to plan?
Victor tries to charm Claudette claiming to have found God in prison. But will it work?
Cain’s unimpressed to hear what Charity has done, Before long Cain is apoplectic to hear Vinny is selling up to Caleb and won’t reverse his decision. Pleased with his plan, Caleb goads Cain with his cocky attitude. Cain finally turns to violence as he lunges for Caleb luckily Chas and Moira pull Cain away.
A while later, Caleb further enrages Mack, who only came to apologise for yesterday, Burning with fury, Mack ominously assures him that there will be consequences. Will is still seething when his attempts to draw an apology out of Caleb fall short. Meanwhile, David does his utmost to prevent Leyla from relapsing, promising there will be an opportunity for them to watch Caleb’s comeuppance from the side lines.
That afternoon, the villagers all unite against Caleb during a tense altercation in the pub. Squaring up to them all Caleb takes verbal pot shots at each of them. Exasperated with the spectacle, Chas throws him out of the bar whilst the others glare bloody murder. Caleb walks away from the Woolie Beer Garden. Unbeknownst to Caleb, a mystery figure pursues him.
That evening, out on a woodland ridge, Caleb’s blindsided when the unknown figure rushes out and pushes him over the edge – his lifeless body sprawls on the ground below. Back in the village, a number of suspicious characters all return from mysterious outings. Under a peaceful Yorkshire view, Caleb’s body lies lifeless at the bottom of the ridge – who pushed him remains unclear.
Friday
The morning after he was pushed, Caleb is still sprawled across the woodland floor.
Charles is frustrated.
