Next week on Coronation Street Ryan finds himself caught up in a social media storm. Ryan decides to do the right thing and apologize to Daisy. However, what starts as a gesture of reconciliation turns into a digital disaster.
As Ryan enters the pub, he finds Daisy in the company of Jenny, Carla, and Maria, who are raising a toast to Johnny. Feeling a little awkward, Ryan decides to join them and make amends. The atmosphere seems tense, but they all put their differences aside for the moment.
Aunty Carla decides to take some selfies with her friends. She grabs Ryan’s phone to capture the group, but in the hustle and bustle of the moment, she unknowingly includes a revealing shot of Ryan’s naked torso. Unaware of the photo, Carla promptly uploads the images on social media, thinking she’s just sharing some lovely memories from their time at the pub.
However, when Ryan realizes what has happened, he is absolutely furious. The unintentional exposure of his private picture on the internet sends him into a fit of anger and embarrassment. The mishap quickly spreads like wildfire across the digital landscape, drawing attention from both friends and strangers alike.
Later, still grappling with the consequences of the mishap, Ryan confides in Peter about his social media troubles. In a bid to gain popularity and recognition, Ryan had created a new account to showcase his gym body while keeping his identity hidden. To his surprise, the pictures have already garnered hundreds of likes and comments.
