Jai is left stunned when a taxi pulls up at Mulberry, and his mother, Georgia, emerges from it. Their reunion is far from warm, as Jai’s initial shock turns into anger, demanding answers from his estranged mother. Laurel, tries her best to mend the rift within the family before her big day. She urges Jai to resolve the issues and find closure, but the emotions swirling within Jai make it difficult to predict his decisions. Will he be able to forgive and heal the wounds of the past?

Meanwhile, tensions arise when Rishi, in a drunken state, crosses paths with Georgia while he’s on his way to confront Jai. In a moment of recklessness, Rishi makes a hurtful comment about Laurel’s past abortion. His intoxicated outburst escalates the situation, leading to a furious reaction from Georgia. The unexpected turn of events leaves Laurel shocked and devastated, as she grapples with the fallout of Rishi’s words on her wedding day.

In another corner of the village, things become awkward between Nicky and Suni. The two have been dancing around their feelings for each other, uncertain of how to proceed. As they try to hide their true emotions, their unspoken desires create a palpable tension between them. Will they finally confess their true feelings, or will they continue to suppress their growing attraction?

But amidst the turmoil, there is a moment of joy when Jai approaches Suni with a surprising request. He asks Suni to be his best man at the wedding, catching Suni off guard.

Lastly, Wendy is left devastated as she fears she has irreparably damaged her relationship with Bob. A series of events has left their bond hanging by a thread, and Wendy struggles to see a way forward.
