Emotions are high as Laurel and Jai’s plans to go to India are in danger because of Archie’s illness. Chaos breaks out as the house becomes a battlefield and Laurel’s attempts to calm Jai fail. Caleb hands Nate over to Corey for training, and Corey suggests they can make extra money. Amelia suggests going on the run to Ireland to stay together as a family. Gabby wants to leave the village after a drunken day.

Laurel is worried about leaving Jai alone, so she decides to join him in India. However, Laurel faces trouble when Colin locks her in a room. Caleb suspects Corey of doing something wrong and asks Nate to keep an eye on him. Amelia is stressed about her dad going to prison, and Dan considers running away. Gabby fights her attraction to Billy and announces she’s leaving for Portugal.

Wednesday, August 9th, 2023 on ITV1 at 7:30pm

In Colin’s house, things get tense as negotiations and prayers take place. Laurel tries to escape but finds herself trapped. Meanwhile, Nicola, Jai, and Suni worry about Laurel’s absence. Dan seeks help from Cain to leave the country and Cain agrees. Later, Cain gives Dan and Amelia tickets, a car, and a phone for their escape to Ireland. Nate warns Corey about suspicion from Caleb but Corey threatens him. Tracy is happy with Nate’s progress at work. Wendy is making efforts to get closer to Bob.

Thursday, August 10th, 2023 on ITV1 at 7:30pm

Colin becomes more dangerous and manipulative, prolonging Laurel’s ordeal. Jai and Suni take matters into their own hands to find her. Dan, Amelia, and Esther leave Emmerdale. Bob is warned to show affection to Wendy. Lydia annoys Samson with her plan. Nate may be involved in double dealing.

There’s a mix-up at the B&B and Bob reveals a different side.
Noah is surprised by some news.
