Cindy returns to Walford and tries to avoid being seen by familiar faces. She has a confrontation with Kathy at Number 45, while Ian attempts to convince her to go back to France. George interrupts their conversation outside The Vic. Anna celebrates her 21st birthday and Kathy has a heart-to-heart with Peter upon discovering his return to Walford.

George is dismayed to find out that Cindy didn’t come back to Walford for him and their daughters. George lies to Cindy about their whereabouts, but his lie unravels when Linda confronts him. Cindy eventually reunites with her daughters and the other residents of Walford. Peter learns the true reason why Ian didn’t want Cindy to return. Additionally, Sharon and Phil are surprised to see Ian back in Walford.
Wednesday, August 30th, 2023 on BBC One at 7:30pm
Cindy tries to explain herself to Anna and Gina. Anna and Gina go to the club to forget their troubles. George, accompanied by Cindy, searches for his daughters but encounters a nightmare. Phil confronts Ian and wants him to leave Walford, while Sharon reaches out to her former friend. Ian opens up to Kathy about Cindy’s ties to the Knight family. Bobby fears being hated by Cindy and Anna because of Lucy’s death.
Thursday, August 31st, 2023 on BBC One at 7:30pm
George orders Cindy to leave with the other Beale family members, causing him to feel overwhelmed. Cindy and Ian find refuge at Alfie’s flat, while Anna and Bobby decide to remain friends.
