It’s already been widely reported that Sean’s son Dylan (Liam McCheyne) would be returning to the cobbles in the near future he’s set to be joined by a new face, Mason Radcliffe played by Luca Toolan.
Luca announced his role on the show via his Instagram account, alongside a photo outside the iconic Rover Return pub on the cobbles.
‘There’s a new kid joining the cobbles – Mason Radcliffe. It’s an honour to be a part of a show that I’ve grown up on that has some of the warmest and most talented people’, he wrote.
He went onto to say ‘Thank you to everyone that supported me, you know who you are. Thanks God always. And my bigger smaller brothers Liam and Charlie’. 🫶
Speaking to Eastieoaks.com, Luca revealed, “I’m incredibly happy to be there. It’s like a family. I’m learning so much so quickly, and I’m looking forward to you all seeing Mason on screen.”
Dylan’s previous storylines have included bullying he faced because his dad is gay.
