As his time on the cobbles comes to an end, the big question is, just how will Stephen depart from the street? Images released via Metro.co.uk show Stephen hoping to catch a flight from an airport. Will he get away, or is there one final shock in store for the street’s latest killer?
Eastieoaks.com got a chance to catch up with actor Todd Boyce ahead of his finale week, and while we are sworn to secrecy on his exit we did get to ask what his great memory is from his years as Stephen.
‘I think Darren, it was a day when all of the Platts were on set fairly early in my storyline when Audrey was telling the family that she had decided to divide her assets evenly among all members of the family, “apart from lovely Stephen… who has told me he doesn’t need anything”, Todd told us.’
Every single time Sue got to “Apart from lovely Stephen… “ we simply couldn’t proceed from cracking up.
‘Of course Stephen was desperate for any money but had figured he’d get his hands on ALL of it by other means. It was such a joyous scene to film and we were all together’.
‘Any scene with the Platts is inevitably a total pleasure to shoot. Such a pleasure to be together any time’.
