Chloe and Mackenzie are in a car together. Chloe seems angry and Mackenzie is unaware of her feelings. They come across Charity, whose car has broken down. Chloe offers to give her a ride, but tensions rise in the car. Chloe intentionally takes them off course and towards a remote area. Charity becomes concerned and asks Chloe to stop the car.
Suddenly, another car crashes into them. Mackenzie wakes up after the accident and realizes that their car is hanging on the edge of a cliff. He manages to escape and tries to help Chloe and Charity. However, Chloe accidentally hits the wheel, causing the car to start slipping away. Both Charity and Chloe reach out to Mackenzie, who must decide whom to save first.
Meanwhile, Lydia, who is staying at a B&B, receives a voice message from Sam that makes her question her decision to run away. At home, Sam learns that Mandy suspects Lydia of having an affair. Lydia returns home and reveals that she was raped by Craig, shocking her family.
Chas agrees to go for a drive with Harry, oblivious to the danger she’s in. Caleb and Cain find out and rush to help their sister.
