It’s a big week in EastEnders, Bianca is back, Whitney is hit by a car and Zack tries to kiss Lauren.
In an episode set over the space of 5 weeks it’s off to Milton Keynes for Whitney and Zack as they visit Bianca following her break-up with Terry. It’s a frosty reception from two local children, Britney and Taylor.
As time passes, and a bond is formed between Whitney and Britney, concern grows for Britney when Whitney finds her rifling through the bins for food which leads Bianca to reveal that her mother Keeley struggles with a drug addiction.
Back in present day, Whitney heads to Britney’s for a showdown with Keeley, but things soon get out of hand and Britney makes a dash for it. Quickly following behind, Whitney tries to get Britney to slow down and makes a promise to look out for her. Britney is caught in the path of a speeding car and when Whitney heroically pushes her out of the way, she takes the hit in the process.
Bianca, Zack and Sonia accompany Whitney to the hospital and are relieved when the doctors reveal the baby is fine.
Whitney heads out in search of Britney, but Zack calls to let her know he has found the missing girl.
The pair don’t see eye to eye on Whitney’s plan to look after Britney whilst the social worker sorts out official plans, and later tells Zack that. Zack disagrees and prepares to head home to Walford without Whitney.
Later, back in Walford, Lauren calls Whitney with concerns for Zack after he drowns his sorrows in The Vic but she remains firm on wanting to stay in Milton Keynes.
Lauren stops Zack from drinking himself into oblivion and offers to get him some food to sober up, but Zack misreads the situation when Lauren offers advice on his relationship and leans in to kiss her – how will she respond and will she tell Whitney?
Also this week in Walford, Denzel is ecstatic to learn that a popular fitness influencer has messaged him about collaborating on a workout video, and enlists Nugget to help. Later, at No.20, Denzel reads a comment about anabolic steroids and decides to look into this further…
Cindy convinces George to tell Anna and Gina the truth about his ancestry, but Gina pleads for the family to visit Jamaica explaining she’s spent five grand on flights.
Sonia steps in to look after baby Charli as her yearn for a baby of her own grows.
