Andrew arrives home to the warm welcome of his daughter. As Sadie expresses that she doesn’t want to fight with him anymore, Andrew reciprocates and concedes he went overboard with Byron. Despite the thaw, Sadie remains wistful about the damage done, leading Andrew to pay a visit to Byron and relay that he’s withdrawn the unroadworthy notice. Byron is further surprised as Andrew vows, albeit gruffly, not to get in the way of him and Sadie. Sadie is grateful for her dad’s change in attitude and her hopeful anticipation bubbles when she crosses paths with Byron. However, she’s left with lingering heartache when Byron emits an awkward vibe. Later, Sadie’s heart soars when Byron comes around to ask for a second chance… these two are back on course!
With their health kick underway, Melanie, Karl, and his grumbling tummy, are raring for another bike ride. However, as they’re out and about, Karl’s grumbling tummy takes a nasty turn, forcing Karl to dash into a nearby bush in someone’s front yard for an urgent code brown.

As Holly delivers the news of her cyber burglary to Byron and Mackenzie, Haz successfully emulates their shock, but his guilt privately flares. In an attempt to make amends, Haz attempts to anonymously deliver an envelope containing Holly’s original twenty thousand dollars, but when Mackenzie and Holly catch him in the act, he struggles to provide a feasible explanation for his actions, piquing Mackenzie’s suspicions.
Later, Haz receives a screenshot of Mackenzie’s email from his tormentor and is deeply hurt to read Mackenzie confess that she’s never going to love Haz the way she loves Hendrix. Meanwhile, Andrew has discovered that cybercrimes against Jane, Aaron and Holly have all come from the same IP address and have been executed through a malware app. Following Andrew’s advice, Mackenzie downloads an anti-virus app and discovers the malware has also been installed on her phone. When Haz tries to downplay the incident (in order to cover his tracks) and becomes increasingly argumentative, Mackenzie is left with the uncomfortable feeling that Haz is somehow involved in the cybercrimes.
