Acclaimed actress Christine Tremarco is set to stir up drama as she joins the cast of ITV’s Emmerdale, making her debut later this month. Tremarco will portray the bolshy and boisterous character Rose, known to Kim Tate’s husband, Will (played by Dean Andrews).
Rose, recently back from Benidorm, arrives with a bang, catching Will off guard as he neglects to mention her to Kim (played by Claire King). With a resume including roles in The Responder, Safe House, and Casualty, Tremarco is ready to take on the mischievous yet steely-hearted Rose.
Reflecting on her new role, Tremarco expressed her excitement, while producer Laura Shaw welcomed her to the Emmerdale family, anticipating Rose’s disruptive impact on the villagers’ lives. “We are massively delighted to welcome Christine Tremarco to the Emmerdale Family. Christine brings a wealth of experience and talent and playing the character of Rose, a true free spirit with an exuberant outlook on life, she certainly promises to cause a real storm for some of our villagers.”
