There’s more to Bernie than meets the eye in Coronation Street this week, as Gemma discovers her mum has been lying about her whereabouts. Bernie confesses to Dev she has a secret son, Christopher, who was taken into care as a baby. Determined to find him, Bernie sets out on a mission.
Meanwhile, Dee-Dee takes a call from the CPS informing her that they have some news regarding Lauren’s phone messages. Dee-Dee tells Carla and Nina about the messages which have come to light. Bethany listens, her mind a whirl. She then inveigles her way into the solicitors and locates Lauren’s file on Dee-Dee’s desk.
Elsewhere on the cobbles, Toyah stumbles upon a worrying discovery about the Altovent Institute. Leanne seems hesitant to believe her, but a surprise promotion for Rowan leaves her with a difficult decision to make.
Steve finds himself embroiled in another Weatherfield feud after he badmouths club legend Tommy Orpington. Will Demi expose his secret connection to Tracy and cause chaos on the pitch?
Also tonight, George apologises to Glenda and hands her a cheque for £22k by way of a compromise, hoping it’s an end to their feud.

Bethany is on a warpath to prove Nathan is Lauren’s killer! She confronts Craig about his alibi, only to discover Nathan has a girlfriend! Daniel is left fuming when Nathan himself appears, accusing Bethany of harassment. David, Sarah and Gary fear Nathan is back to destroy Bethany’s life. Will they be able to stop him?
Meanwhile, Leanne sets Simon up with a mysterious app developer, Jared. Toyah is suspicious and starts digging into the “Institute”. Will she uncover the truth about Leanne’s involvement?
Elsewhere, Bernie’s search for her son takes a heartbreaking turn and Kevin worries about the garage going under. Steve feels glum after seeing pictures of Tracy’s glamorous holiday.

Bethany searches for the truth about Nathan’s attack. Shona spots a suspicious stain on David’s jeans, and his alibi crumbles when a phone app reveals he was at the scene of the crime! Believing David is guilty, Bethany turns her suspicions to Daniel – but is she barking up the wrong tree?
Elsewhere, Leanne heads off on a retreat, leaving Simon heartbroken. To drown his sorrows, Simon gets wasted and throws up in Tim’s taxi, then does a runner without paying the fare!
Kevin refuses to fork out a £1000 on a new website for the garage. Later, Kevin stumbles upon something disturbing on an online forum, leaving him seriously rattled.
Finally, Paul faces his last meal before having a feeding tube fitted. Will he cope with the changes ahead?
