S4C is pulling out all the stops for their coverage of the 2024 Urdd Eisteddfod, offering viewers more ways than ever to experience the festival.

This year, you won’t miss a beat. All competitions will be streamed live on S4C Clic from the Red, White, and Green Pavilions, starting at 8:00am each day. Tune in on your phone, tablet, or smart TV – just remember to register for a free S4C Clic account beforehand (it’s not available on demand).

Catch daily coverage on S4C from 10:30am to 6:00pm, plus an evening highlights program at 8:00pm. Trystan Ellis-Morris and Heledd Cynwal lead the presenting team, joined by Mari Lovgreen, Alun Williams, and Lili Beau.

Visiting the Maes in Meifod? Head to ‘Yr Adlen’ for live Cyw and Stwnsh shows, and don’t miss the S4C stand for a jam-packed schedule of activities, including a silent disco, karaoke, and cinema screenings. The S4C Cinema will also show the main ceremonies live, alongside exciting programs like Deian a Loli and the new drama series Y Corridor.

Heledd Cynwal spoke about what she loves most: “The originality the youngsters show is incredible. It’s a journey that opens our minds and lets the children be creative.”

Mari Lovgreen, a local mum with children who’ve competed, added, “This year is special! Maldwyn is ready for you!”
