In a dramatic turn of events, Tyler is left reeling after his arrest by DCI Douglas. Despite his attempts to feign ignorance about the drugs circulating through his business, Douglas remains relentless, suggesting Tyler is part of an organized crime group. As the pressure mounts, Tyler begins to suspect he’s being set up by the Murdochs. Adding to his dilemma, DCI Douglas offers Tyler a deal – avoid jail by becoming an informant against the Murdochs.

Meanwhile, Kim’s guilt over Bob’s exhaustion prompts her to take a walk, only to suffer a health crisis. Conor comes to her aid, taking her to the Ship to rest. Later, Conor returns the money he stole from Kim, but their exchange is observed by Dean, sparking suspicion.

Gillian, after a flirty moment with Seb, decides she’s ready to move on from Ash and plans a night out with Mikey, much to Jonathon’s dismay. The tension escalates as Jonathon struggles with sharing his husband once more.

Kim’s day takes a critical turn when she receives an urgent call – a heart transplant is available, and she needs the surgery immediately. Rushed to the hospital, she undergoes the operation but faces complications. As doctors fight to save her, Kim experiences a dreamlike encounter with her late mother, Isobel. Bob, anxiously waiting, learns about the severe complications in Kim’s surgery.

Elsewhere, Karen demands answers from Shaw about her erratic behavior, leading to a shocking confession about Lou’s death. Shaw warns Karen to keep the secret, leaving her cornered and overwhelmed.

Lastly, Mulvaney attempts to inform Suzie about Bernie’s retirement from Molly’s Corner but fails, leaving Mikey to break the news, which only results in Suzie feeling hurt and betrayed.
