Emmerdale is set for explosive drama as John is left fuming when his van is stolen from the garage, and he quickly suspects who’s behind the theft. Aaron is on edge when it’s revealed that Mack is responsible, and things take a dark turn when John discovers his van dumped in a lake. To make matters worse, it’s revealed that the van was John’s home, leaving Mack and Aaron feeling guilty.
Determined to get even, John manipulates Aaron into thinking he’s interested, but when Aaron makes a move, John cruelly humiliates him. The tension escalates as Mack attempts to scare John out of the village but is swiftly outmaneuvered by John’s combat skills. Cain steps in to break up the fight, shocking everyone by revealing that John will be sticking around, as he’s offered him a job at the farm.
Victoria is thrilled to hear that John will be staying, while Chas urges Aaron to open up about his feelings for him. However, John’s past begins to surface when Victoria returns his army dog tags, and her questions leave him visibly shaken. Despite Victoria’s efforts to connect with John, he continues to keep his distance, leaving her and Harry disheartened.
