In tonight’s dramatic Emmerdale episode, Tom King (James Chase) took his manipulation of Belle (Eden Taylor Draper) to new heights by secretly handing over their family dog, Piper, to a couple under the guise of rescuing the animal. Unbeknownst to Belle, Tom’s deceit runs deep—she believes Piper was tragically put down after being hit by a car, even participating in what she thought was the dog’s burial.
But Belle’s suspicions about her husband’s true nature are growing. Fearing Tom may have been responsible for Piper’s “accident,” she has turned to the police and applied for disclosure under Clare’s Law to uncover any potential history of domestic abuse.
