Mercedes McQueen’s world is turned upside down when her twins go missing just as Warren’s return is on the horizon.
Mercedes is initially uplifted by the news of Warren’s impending release, thanks to Joel’s false alibi. But the joy is short-lived as Vicky, distracted by her budding romance with Ethan, loses sight of the twins. Panic sets in when Mercedes receives a chilling message from Blue, claiming to have ‘the Marias.’
Desperate, Mercedes follows Donny’s lead and reports a false alarm to the police, hoping to avoid any harm to her daughters. As Donny works to uncover Blue’s true intentions, he promises Mercedes he’ll get the girls back. In a desperate bid, Mercedes asks Warren to confess to his mother’s murder to save their children.
Meanwhile, tension brews as Ste demands answers from James about his recent lies, and Cindy and Tom join the frantic search for the twins. Tom becomes convinced that Dave is the mysterious Blue, leading to a tense confrontation.
In the midst of the chaos, Vicky is hurt by Ethan’s sudden coldness, and Donny becomes suspicious of Ethan’s involvement in the twins’ disappearance. Donny, determined to find out the truth, uses an old lie detector to grill Ethan, asking him point-blank if he is Blue.
