Yolande is reluctant to join in the Harvest Festival at the Community Centre, despite Patrick’s encouragement. But things take a dramatic turn when DS Amartey arrives at No.20, revealing a new woman has come forward in the case against Pastor Clayton. Distracting herself with Amy, Yolande finds strength and decides to attend the event, much to Levi and Agatha’s delight. However, tensions rise when Stella confronts her, demanding she retract her statement – but Yolande is quick to shut her down with some harsh home truths.
Back home, Yolande faces another confrontation as Pastor Clayton barges in, pleading with her to change her statement. His desperate plea is cut short by Denzel, who swiftly removes him, leaving an oblivious Patrick, Kim, and Howie concerned at The Vic.
Later, the family is left in shock when police arrive, revealing that Pastor Clayton has died by suicide. Yolande reels at the news, unsure of her next steps, while Stella’s sudden arrival leaves her facing more emotional turmoil. Will Patrick’s support be enough to see her through?
