Emmerdale air these scenes from Monday 21st October on ITV1

Belle King’s world comes crashing down this week on Emmerdale as she faces betrayal, paranoia, and a police arrest. Things take a turn when Mandy accidentally reveals that Cain had confided in Zak about Tom King’s abusive behaviour towards Belle, leaving her feeling devastated that they discussed it behind her back.

When an anonymous bunch of condolence flowers arrives, Belle’s anxiety skyrockets, fearing it’s a twisted message from Tom. Lydia and Sam grow increasingly worried as Belle breaks her bail conditions by confronting Tom, desperate for answers. Struggling without her father Zak’s advice, Belle’s world shatters even further when DS Foy arrests her for the breach.

During a tense police interview, Belle is warned that any further contact with Tom could land her in prison. Despite maintaining a calm façade back home, her mental health is rapidly deteriorating. The next day, Lydia fears Belle isn’t coping, and it becomes heartbreakingly clear when they find Belle at her lowest point, consumed by the chaotic voices in her head. Sam and Lydia are left reeling as Belle’s distress reaches a dangerous peak, yearning for the soothing guidance of her late father.

How will Belle cope with her inner turmoil, and can her family help her before it’s too late?
