It’s the end of an era at Doctors, but the drama is far from over! The final episode brings twists, frustrations, and heartfelt moments as the beloved characters navigate one last day at The Mill.
While everyone else seems fed up, Graham shows up in an unusually good mood—only to find The Mill oddly empty. When he finally spots Al, the exchange is chilly, leaving Graham uneasy. Overhearing the staff’s whispers only fuels his suspicions that something’s afoot…
Elsewhere, Jimmi tries to celebrate Scarlett’s birthday, but a misspelled cake with the wrong age leaves her feeling anything but festive. Carson Black (Shaun Prendergast)’s checkup only dampens her mood further, as he laments his supposed hearing loss. But Jimmi, determined to help, discovers the issue: a massive wax blockage, which he dramatically clears, reducing Carson to tears of gratitude. Scarlett, on the other hand, contemplates her future, sharing her thoughts with Barry Biglow (David Perks), who pops by for her birthday.
Also facing danger today, Ruhma finds herself in a high-stakes situation when she’s lured to an eerie, abandoned building by the agitated Davey Timms (Patrick Knowles), who claims his pregnant partner is missing. But as they enter the dangerous site, Ruhma begins to question Davey’s intentions, only to be interrupted by a chilling scream from within.
Meanwhile, Zara is devastated to learn there’s no going back on their unwanted partnership with Graham, who’s already made his hefty deposit. A frustrated Zara rallies the team, admitting they’re stuck with him, and tensions run high. Back at The Mill, Graham’s irritation boils over as Bear dismisses his demands for answers with little more than a wave.
