JUSTICE FINALLY CATCHES UP WITH TOM. Tom pleads with Nicola to trust him but Nicola is furious when Jimmy takes Tom’s side. In the church, Tom feigns prayer to impress Amelia who quickly softens to him, agreeing to put Nicola right about her boyfriend after Tom hints that one day he wants them to get engaged. Tom and Amelia arrive at the cafe to speak to Nicola. Nicola remains less than convinced by their show of unity. Later, Tom floats the idea of moving away with Amelia before Sam approaches, gobsmacked at what he’s just overheard. Sam is left unsatisfied when he goes to the police station and is told the police still aren’t in a position to do anything more about Tom. The next day, Belle’s reeling from the lack of progress in the investigation into Tom. As Belle heads upstairs to run a bath, Tom slips in through the back door. Creeping around unnoticed, Tom discreetly steals one of Belle’s tops before leaving. Belle’s scared when she bumps into Tom who taunts her. Belle’s taken aback to see Amelia wearing what she believes is her missing top. Leyla and Amelia are stunned by the accusation and flustered Belle leaves in a panic. Back at Victoria, Amelia is completely thrown when a furious Tom rails at her for her accusations. As he forcefully marches her out of the house he’s seen by Jimmy and an arriving DS Foy, who’s there to take him to the station for questioning. Tom once again tries to outwit those around him but before long is on the receiving end of justice.

ELLA IS SUSPICIOUS. Manpreet is concerned for her friend when she learns Ella is planning on leaving the village. Guilt builds in Chas as she overhears Ella and Manpreet talking in the Woolie about Ella’s living situation. Ella’s left wondering when Manpreet announces that she’s come up with a plan. Liam pays Chas a clandestine visit in the Backroom after learning of Ella’s plan to leave. Chas is shocked when Liam confesses he’s in love with her.  Liam is secretly gutted when he learns that Ella and Manpreet are moving into Dale Head together instead of Ella leaving the village. Bumping into each other, Chas asks Liam to put the brakes on their relationship a little, before admitting she’s also in love with him. Ella’s suspicious after she catches their heated conversation. How long will it be before she works out what is going on?

POLLARD MAKES AN ADMISSION. At his and Brenda’s engagement party, Eric gives his speech and announces a honeymoon cruise, Brenda is overjoyed. With the engagement party in full swing, Rodney is curious as to where Pollard got his new influx of wealth. Although Pollard plays wry, he suddenly panics and makes to leave with a suspicious Leyla following behind. Having followed him home, Leyla is gobsmacked when ashen Pollard makes an admission.

ALSO: Ruby begs Steph for another chance. Anthony returns to stun Steph with the news that he has cancer. Saddened by Anthony’s diagnosis, Steph pledges her support, hoping it might help mend the strained relationship between him and Ruby.
