Emmerdale is set to welcome a brand-new bad boy next month, and it looks like he’ll be causing quite the stir in the village.

Kammy, played by Shebz Miah, makes his dramatic entrance in March by stealing a quad bike from Moira’s farm. But with the blame quickly falling on Ross, things are set to get complicated.

Sarah soon crosses paths with Kammy as he struggles to start the stolen quad, leaving viewers wondering where her loyalties will lie when Ross approaches. As the pair begin to form a bond, it’s clear that under Kammy’s influence, Sarah starts embracing her inner Dingle once more.

Bringing charm, danger, and excitement to the Dales, Kammy looks set to make a lasting impression. But will the Dingles welcome him into the fold, or is trouble on the horizon?

Speaking about joining the soap, Shebz said: ‘I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the cast of Emmerdale. Everyone has been so welcoming, and I already feel like a part of the family. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better job – the character is such an exciting one to play and Kammy will definitely ruffle a few feathers, but he does have the gift of the gab, so although he causes a lot of mischief, I think it will be hard not to like him!’

Katie Hill who plays Sarah added: ‘I can’t wait for the audience to meet Kammy – he’s a really fun character and a great addition to the village. We might even see him and Sarah get up to a bit of mischief together… It has been great having Shebz join the cast, and he’s been brilliant to work with!’

Emmerdale producer Laura Shaw teased what’s to come, adding: ‘We are delighted to be welcoming Shebz to Emmerdale as cheeky charmer Kammy. Charismatic, with a very playful spirit, but ultimately kind at heart, Yorkshire lad Kammy promises to bring both excitement and danger to the village.’

With Kammy’s arrival just weeks away, fans won’t have long to wait to see what mischief he has in store.

Emmerdale, Monday to Friday 7pm & Thursday 8pm, ITV, ITVX and STV.
