The drama intensifies in Walford this week as tensions reach boiling point at No. 1. As the fourth anniversary of Shireen’s disappearance looms, Harry is thrown off balance when her brother Asad unexpectedly arrives at The Arches. Asad reveals he no longer believes Harry was involved, but at a vigil organized by Nicola at Harry’s Barn, Asad stirs the pot by accusing Teddy of murder. With emotions running high, Harry steps in to defend his dad – but later, in a private moment, he demands the truth from Teddy. Meanwhile, Nicola’s secret dealings come to light when she meets the elusive Benji and asks for answers about Shireen.

Over at the café, Jean offers to help Ruby with Martin’s funeral plans, only to be shut down. But with some wise words from Kathy, Jean finds a way to bridge the gap, leading to a reluctant truce as the two women come together for the arrangements. However, tensions flare again at The Albert, where Kathy is caught in the middle of another clash between Jean and Ruby.

Elsewhere, Nigel’s struggles continues, culminating in an emotional breakdown to Linda. His condition causes further strain when he inadvertently confuses Lexi for Clare, sending her into a panic about Phil’s fate.

As Billy refuses to tell Lexi the truth, she seeks answers from Honey and Billy outside No. 18. The confrontation leads to Callum stepping up to finally reveal the truth as Billy, Lexi, Linda, and Nigel visit Phil in the mental health unit.

Meanwhile, Nicola is left scrambling when Teddy catches her on the phone to a drug supplier. Forced to confess her dealings, Nicola finds herself at odds with Teddy, who remains focused on his business plans with Junior. But behind closed doors, Teddy secretly confirms the deal without Nicola’s knowledge.

Amy and Avani rally around Lily in her grief.

In a special episode to air on Thursday, 20th March, struggling to adjust to life in the mental health unit, Phil finds solace in his bond with fellow patient Gaz, only to be left disappointed when Gaz is discharged. Over the next four weeks, with the help of support worker Yasmin, Phil slowly comes to terms with his trauma and ultimately makes the decision to leave. As he listens to voicemails from Sharon and Nigel, Phil takes his first steps toward a new chapter—but is he truly ready?
