Joe Lycett ticks off more Birminghams on his mission to create a Treaty of Friendship between his hometown and 18 other namesakes in North America. After a quick diversion in the Amish town of Intercourse, Joe and his driver Randy head to Birmingham, Pennsylvania where Joe ends up feeding a bat in a cave. There are three Brums in Ohio. Joe sees one from a glider and attends the annual Beer and Bacon festival in Birmingham Toledo, a Hungarian enclave in Ohio. He finishes in Birmingham Michigan where he is driven round by the Mayor and makes a masterpiece for the public art trail.
