Meanwhile, James, now installed as the smug new manager, wastes no time in delivering harsh news. He hands Mondo the new tenant lease — complete with a 20% rent increase.
Dean is stunned to discover that Ger is back. Ger reveals that someone from her business believes she ratted on them and that she is now in danger. But not everyone is ready to welcome her back, with Sharon wasting no time making it clear that she’s not wanted.
Fed up with Cass’s hoarding tendencies, Nikki advises him to do a “cleanse” of the house. Nikki and Sean encourage Cass to get rid of anything he hasn’t used in over thirty days.
