Next week’s visit to Walford, EastEnders viewers will see the return of the youngest Branning sibling, Oscar.

Lauren Branning is shocked when she receives a call which later reunites her with her brother, Oscar, however, as the two catch up, Lauren learns where he has been and why he can’t return home.

Jack is reacquainted with Oscar, he is determined to convince Lauren to let him stay as Oscar lays on some emotional blackmail as Peter and Ian Beale ask questions. Soon, Lauren relents and agrees letting Oscar move in for a while as long as he promises to behave. However, Oscar later gets a message that proves he maybe more trouble than he’s worth!

With Oscar then wasting no time in making a big impression on the Albert Square locals. Jack later talks to Oscar and discovers more about his difficult relationship with his parents.

The way continues with Oscar causing mayhem, however, after Jack gives his nephew some advice, Lauren offers her brother a trial shift on the fruit and veg stall insisting this is his chance to turn his life around – Oscar is sceptical until Penny Branning finds an innovative way to get him to agree to give it a go.

With Oscar towards the end of the week having his first day on the market which is an eventful one with nobody believing that he will last. However, when he finds out Jimmy Beale is blind – Oscar proves that he does take things seriously and decides to knuckle down.
