Caleb’s grateful as Ruby offers to cover the Depot for him. When Ruby confronts Manpreet at the Surgery over something she saw yesterday, she’s left embarrassed and later turns up at the Depot to have it out with Ruby. Ruby brushes Manpreet off, leaving Manpreet hijacking a forklift and refusing to get off until Ruby speaks to her. Ruby’s unbothered when Manpreet brings up her cheating on Cain, but when she mentions Steph, Ruby snaps and attacks her. Meanwhile, supping a pint in the Woolie, Caleb’s confident the Depot’s in safe hands. Back at the Depot, Manpreet and Ruby are both unwilling to back down and ultimately sees them both arrested for ABH.
As Vinny chats to Mike in the nearby countryside, Vinny appreciates Mike’s friendliness and their bond grows stronger. When Mike asks Vinny if he’s gay, Vinny’s confusion about defining his sexuality is clear, but he’s grateful and comforted as Mike’s support will help him understand it. Later, Vinny’s left conflicted as he arranges to meet Mike again soon before sharing a passionate kiss with Gabby.
Nicola persuades Belle to get on dating apps and grabbing her phone, Nicola swipes right on Kammy’s dating profile. When Belle admits it was Nicola, Kammy masks his disappointment.
Ross draws blanks in his attempt to secure work.

Gabby tells Vinny she’s spending the night at a spa as Vinny receives an urgent message from Mike. Charles is concerned when Gabby wants his help with something she wants to keep secret from Vinny. Mike shows up to Vinny’s and reveals his partner has kicked him out. Mike hints at an attraction between them, but despite Vinny’s denial, he is left terrified after ‘Mike’ suddenly turns on him. With Gabby thinking she’s left her phone at home – will Gabby save Vinny from Mike?

Marlon’s disappointed as he’ll be playing second fiddle to Dylan on April’s 16th birthday. April knows what she wants for her birthday; to sleep with Dylan for the first time. As Dylan and April head upstairs, Dylan misses a call from Ray. After Mandy catches them post-coital and informs Marlon, he is dismayed, though Rhona reminds him April can make her own choices. Meanwhile, Dylan faces a new complication as Ray requests his help with a job.
Cain can’t help wondering if there’s more between them than an accidental swipe right, so Cain warns Kammy off of Belle. Belle’s mortified to hear that Cain warned Kammy off, and hesitantly tells him she’s not interested. When Lydia wonders if Belle’s protesting a bit much, will Belle give Kammy a chance?
Mack agrees Charity can try again with another embryo transfer for Sarah. Sarah’s moved when Cain agrees to pay for it with some secret funds Moira doesn’t know about.

Charity is confirmed pregnant as a surrogate for her granddaughter. As Sarah has a big baby announcement in the Woolie.
Mandy despairs of Marlon when she witnesses him being ‘normal’ with April and April’s left cringing When Mandy admits she told Marlon. April’s horrified to hear that Dylan’s mixed up with Ray again. After April gives Dylan permission, she’s alarmed when Dylan tells her that Ray’s plan is actually for her to do the job. April, feeling scared and torn, is manipulated by Ray into agreeing to do the drug drop, making Dylan promise to stop working for Ray in return for her help. Meanwhile, Marlon, persuaded by Mandy to trust April’s decisions, accepts her relationship with Dylan, oblivious to the dangerous situation she’s in. As April hugs her dad, she guiltily eyes the rucksack full of drugs she’s brought home. Will April go through with it?
