James’ attempts to persuade Hayley to move into a place of their own fall flat. With Phoebe strikes a low blow, Dean decides his only hope is to win her over. Max and Gwen’s chemistry ignites. Greg is filled with self-loathing when a horrified Ruby unmasks his involvement in Lorcan’s spiking.

When Phoebe takes another jab at Dean, Mairead finally puts her foot down, telling her it’s time to accept that she and Dean are together. Furious, Phoebe deletes a message from Dean on Mairead’s phone apologising for having to cancel their lunch, leading Mairead to believe she’s been stood up.
Ruby forces Greg to come clean to Jess, but their conversation is interrupted when Victor and Babs arrive. Ruby is furious when Jess hides the truth from them. A broken Greg reveals the extent of Ian’s bullying that drove him to spike the drink. Jess promises to stand by him.
James suggests setting some house rules to make living together easier, but Sharon and Ger scoff at the idea.
