Sarah supports Cain at his appointment at the hospital. The consultant explains the treatment will be a radical prostatectomyl, which clearly troubles Sarah despite her supportive front.
Joe pressures Vic to sign the contracts immediately, threatening to release her video should she refuse, however Vic insists on taking the paperwork to read, leaving Joe annoyed.
