In the police station, under interrogation, Bear is stressed and soon is provoked by DS Walsh’s theory that his wrestling experience means he knew what he was doing when he killed Ray. Bear loses control and deliberately lies he killed Ray to protect Paddy’s name. It looks like Bear is successfully stonewalling DS Walsh’s questions. He’s unsettled when Walsh adjourns the interview to look at some new evidence. Paddy is devastated Bear has jeopardised himself with a life sentence.
Kim’s vulnerable with Lydia as she vows to keep her heart closed off to Graham. Joe is fed up by Graham’s attempts to turn him off Kim so Graham realises he’s going to have to try harder to persuade Joe of Kim’s malevolence. But can Graham change his mind.
Jacob’s struggling with his placement and Dr. Todd’s mentorship programme but remains determined to push through. But soon he’s left shattered by Dr. Todd’s brutal notes.
Kerry and Jai are confident their fling is flying below Archie’s radar. But it doesn’t take long for Pollard to get word of this gossip. And we see his frown betrays a seed of doubt has been planted.
