Cadwch yn Ddiogel (Stay Safe) has been commissioned by S4C and are a series of messages by some of Wales’s best-known faces in order to drive home the message of protecting ourselves against Covid 19 in order to avoid the illness, stay out of hospital and therefore, reduce the pressure on NHS staff.

Former rugby player Robin McBryde shows off his best dance moves.
