Stay Safe and raise a smile with S4C

Cadwch yn Ddiogel (Stay Safe) has been commissioned by S4C and are a series of messages by some of Wales’s best-known faces in order to drive home the message of protecting ourselves against Covid 19 in order to avoid the illness, stay out of hospital and therefore, reduce the pressure on NHS staff.

Former rugby player Robin McBryde shows off his best dance moves.

Robin’s message is about the benefits of keeping fit – both physically and mentally – by exercising – or dancing in the living room – whatever takes your fancy!

Emma and Trystan talk about the importance of observing the two-metre rule – about the length of the Priodas Pum Mil sofa – when leaving the house.
