1, The Mill health center gets a new temporary receptionist, Lily Walker, from the 9th June in the form of former Emmerdale actress Verity Rushworth.

Lily certainly gets off to a start when she gets locked in the health centre, sets off the alarms and then scares a patient by banging on the window to get his attention.

2, With the country dealing with lockdown and self isolation Doctors is no different and the episode airing on Friday 12th June is a special one.

Filmed remotely, this special episode examines the stresses of living and working during the isolation crisis as the gang try to keep each other’s spirits up, counsel a front line worker and deal with a crisis very close to home …

EastEnders

1, Ian arranges a memorial for Dennis and Sharon is touched at the effort he has put in. Ian does a speech but is overcome with emotion. Phil arrives at the last minute and his short speech leaves everyone teary.

There is tension between Phil and Sharon – can the two of them find a way through?

2, Rainie tells Habiba she isn’t interested in Max’s money anymore as she has Stuart. But Max is still worried that Rainie is after his money and voices his concerns to Ian about signing over half of the restaurant to him.

3, Chantelle borrows Gray’s car to pick up computers for Kheerat but Gray clearly isn’t happy about it. Unbeknownst to Chantelle, Gray has installed a tracking device and is furious when he notices on the journey tracker she has visited various locations. He is angered further when he comes across a log in the tracker from the week before that says the car was taken to Stratford.

Carla mystery, Toyah worries and Dev no money more problems.

1, Carla is surprised to hear that Scott worked with Johnny in the seventies and discovers that he knew of her mum. Meanwhile a young scally called Chelsey walks into the Rovers and spotting Carla starts quizzing Sean who tells her she is his boss. When Carla nips to the loo Chesley follows her and tells her she knows her. Who is this mystery girl?

2, A worried Leanne shows Toyah a video of Oliver playing with his building bricks and explains how he used to be able to build a tower but he appears to have regressed. Fighting back tears, Leanne resolves to do everything she can to help her son. Toyah’s worried for her sister.

3, Dev puts on a brave face and orders a celebratory take-out for Asha and Aadi to celebrate Asha’s new positive attitude about school. But as Mary and the twins enjoy the food Dev secretly logs on to a ‘quick loans’ website.

1, Aaron and Cain: Cain and Aaron are trying to adjust to life in lockdown and Cain is adamant he won’t be opening up about his feelings to Aaron. When a letter arrives with a prison stamp on it, Cain, not wanting Aaron to slip back into his hole of despair over Robert, hides the letter in a magazine. As the days pass by, Cain and Aaron get drunk but Cain lets slip about the letter leaving Aaron furious.

2, With Samson stuck on his school trip, Sam and Lydia are in lockdown together having turfed Mandy and Vinny out. Sam seemingly won’t let Lydia leave the house and it’s clear he’s concerned about something. However, fed-up with only sausages and mash for tea, Lydia does a click and collect and when Sam finds out he is furious.
