Synopsis
Sid has to help a carer in need whilst helping a new recruit to Rapid Response.
New girl Lily has a lock in at The Mill.
Lee tries to speak to various agencies on the phone whilst his son Zachary, who has autism, does a jigsaw. Lee’s frustrations with the lack of support he’s receiving boils over and he loses his temper with Zachary.
At The Mill Lily is saying her goodbyes as Sid is waiting for his Rapid Response trainee. Sid and Lily are surprised when the trainee is a doctor in his 50’s called Trev. Trev immediately tries to take control and insists on driving the vehicle.
Zachary turns up at The Mill but is scared away when Lily bangs on the window to get his attention.
