Resurrection, Rehabilitation, Redemption – these are the overarching themes of the final 20 episodes of Wentworth, which returns for Series 8.
This week, new arrival, Judy Bryant, is welcomed into the Wentworth prison family with open arms when she is instrumental in forcing prison management to change the food supplier. The women admire her for her anti-establishment stance, support for the ‘Wentworth’ underdog and courage of her convictions.
Frustrated by Ann’s refusal to supply Reb’s HRT drugs, Lou takes more and more desperate action to help Reb get his testosterone.
Meanwhile, Marie confronts her demons and has an epiphany.
