Rob tries to get away from it all with a day of fishing but an unexpected arrival gives him something to think about while Daniel is invited to meet the Pro Vice Chancellor of the University.

Ruhma is surprised to find out why an anxious new dad-to-be is showing such a high level of interest in his wife’s pregnancy.

Daniel is invited to meet Pro Vice Chancellor Matthew Portman to discuss the hunger striking students. Matthew seems to be on the same page as Daniel, but it soon becomes clear that he isn’t. He asks it the girls can be force fed and focusses on the financial deal he is getting for the University.

Rob is hoping to enjoy a much needed relaxing afternoon of fishing, when Valerie appears. Inspired by the hunger-striking students, she has joined a Clean-up Letherbridge campaign. While chatting, Valerie helps herself to Rob’s picnic and then asks if he thinks about Tom and Ella. Rob is saved by a call from Karen. But as the call ends he spots Valerie leaning out over the water with his rod, trying to hook her hat which has fallen in.

Max Dutch has read all the books and asks a myriad of questions when Ruhma visits heavily pregnant Poppy Dutch forcing her to insist he leave them to it. Builder, Tel Dutch is on site when Max arrives, late and worrying about Poppy. Tel wants Max to project manage the next job, but Max is distracted, wants to tell him something – but then his phone rings. After taking the call, Max dashes off. Ruhma is surprised when Max arrives
