Sharon heads to the gym with the estate agent, where Ben, keen to scupper her plans, makes his own offer on the business. Callum’s wedding plans are causing problems and embarrassment.


It’s a hot property week in Walford and Sharon first wants in on Phil’s money laundering scheme, and then has her eyes set on buying up the gym but she has competition as Ben sets out to scupper her plans. Lily has a scheme of her own planned… and where should Callum place Phil when Lexi wants him to sort the table plans for the wedding?
