Sid plans an ambitious initiative for the Mill, and Al is less than helpful in Bear’s audit meeting.

Zara is forced to intervene between a mother and her stroppy teenage daughter.

Joanna Jacobs is late for work again after her teenage daughter Ruby refuses to get out of bed to get to school. Even her kind boss at her gardening job, Davey Willows, is irritated – it’s clearly becoming a pattern.

Ruby joins Joanna at work and a full scale row erupts violently between the mother and daughter in front of Zara and Davey, leaving Joanna hurt.

Sid seems like a new man – energised and full of plans. But today Bear doesn’t have time to stop and listen as he is preparing for an in depth audit meeting which requires him to be on top of all the figures. So when Daniel breaks it to Bear that Al is going to be attending the meeting instead of one of the partners, Bear’s heart sinks.

Al finds himself in a lengthy and tedious audit meeting which he attempts to liven up with childish jokes.
