Mandy’s alarmed to hear Liv has had alcohol. She doesn’t do well in concealing her worry and Sandra tries to fuel Liv’s insecurities surrounding her alcoholism. As she continues to fuel the situation, Sandra suggests a last minute trip abroad. With Liv oblivious to Sandra’s real intentions, will we soon see her hit rock bottom once again?
Naomi’s guilty when an angry Nate confronts her about Nicola’s attack and her lies. Nate’s resistant when Naomi pleads with him to see the real her. She’s upset when Nate ends things between them. Later, Nate worries he’s been too harsh on Naomi. When Rodney chastises Ethan for supporting Naomi, he feels terrible for struggling Nicola.
Faith’s scared when all signs point to her having to relinquish control of her own life. Chas understands but is stung when Faith wants Cain to have lasting power of attorney after she decides on a DNR. It’s bleak as they contemplate the idea of Faith not being able to make her own decisions anymore. Whilst looking at the power of attorney registration form, Cain asks Ethan for advice. Cain arrives to see Faith and finalise the details of her dying wishes. Whilst going over Faith’s wishes, the distress causes a confused Faith to believe Cain is actually Shadrach. Cain’s shocked when she brandishes a frying pan and screams for him to get away…
