When Naomi arrives late for work at the Woolpack, it’s clear there’s still tension between her and Rhona. Marshall arrives at the cafe and gets into an argument with April. Who ends up punching him. Things go from bad to worse for Rhona when she discovers April hasn’t just punched someone but has also had a piercing. With Nicola in her ear, Rhona starts to worry about Naomi’s malign influence. Soon Rhona confronts Naomi about her influence over April. Their argument ends in a physical altercation and Rhona’s livid when Marlon doesn’t take her side…

Jacob’s in hospital but worried when David urges him to lie to the police about the stabbing. Jacob’s conflicted but commits to the lie when the police question him. Meanwhile, David frets about Jacob’s future. David’s stunned by an offer to buy the shop has come from Pollard. Despite feeling guilty about Pollard’s retirement plans now being put on hold, David’s massively relieved he’ll be able to keep his home and business.

Nicola fears Bernice is getting ahead of herself with the plans for her new job. At the Woolpack, Bernice is utterly devastated when Pollard’s plan to sell the B&B puts her out of a job. Bernice mourns the loss of her new job but is left with food for thought when Nicola suggests she buy the B&B herself.

At the vets surgery, Dawn’s chuffed when Rhona welcomes her back to the Vets and offers her the chance to train as a vet nurse.

At Home Farm, Kim and Dawn resolve their differences. Nicky reaches an agreement to stay on at Home Farm.
