Ethan’s delighted when he and Marcus make up but Marcus is hiding a secret guilt. Ethan plans to propose to Marcus but Ethan’s in for a big shock.

Bob’s deflated when Bernice confirms a harpist who she clearly fancies will be their act for the opening night of the B&B. Cathy has a frustrated outburst and is outraged when Bob suggests Cathy stay elsewhere for the opening of the B&B.

Naomi breaks up with Nate.

Vinny’s touched when he finds that his family have arranged an impromptu birthday celebration for Liv.

Laurel comforts Arthur when Marshall insists he and Arthur can’t be friends.

Tuesday 21st February 2023

The next day, Cathy accidentally destroys the cake Marlon has just brought over and feeling humiliated, Cathy flees in tears. Bob’s left utterly frazzled by the turn of events as Bernice tries to calm Cathy. She gives her an amethyst pendant to help with her stress, but when Cathy attempts to apologise to Bob she loses her temper when he admits he’d rather she kept away from the B&B. Reaching boiling point, she stamps on the amethyst pendant, crushing it. Descending into confused tears, Cathy just can’t understand why she’s feeling like this.

Samson continues to sow discontent between Noah and Amelia.

Gabby becomes frustrated when her advances towards Nicky keep getting brushed off.

Wednesday 22nd February 2023

It’s the day of the B&B’s grand re-opening and Bernice awakes blissfully in the B&B bedroom after a night with Tim the harpist. When she realises she’s seriously overslept, she’s panicked into action and unkempt Bernice covers for her absence with an exasperated Bob. That afternoon, in the B&B, Bob and Bernice anxiously await their first customers, as defensive Bernice covers for Tim the harpist’s no-show. As the guests for the re-opening arrive, Bernice revels in her role as hostess but she’s floored when Bob tells her that he’s found Tim the harpist dead…Later, Wendy mis-hears a conversation between Bob and Bernice and believes the two have slept together; she’s left utterly devastated by the news.

Dan struggles with not being able to support his family financially, whilst Noah reels after hearing he’s lost his apprenticeship now Marcus has left the village. Later, when Noah rushes off to meet a potential new employer, Amelia desperately searches for someone to look after Esther. Later, Noah riles to learn that Samson has been looking after Esther in his absence and remains suspicious of his cousin’s true intentions.

Gabby finally ignites a spark with Nicky when she asks him to zip up her dress. Knowing his eyes are all over her, Gabby is pleased to finally be getting somewhere.

Thursday 23rd February 2023

Wanting to provide for his granddaughter, Sam wishes they could do more financially. Samson toys with Noah as she seeks to worm his way into Amelia’s good books. Soon. Noah’s thrown when Samson manipulates him into offering a pay off from his trust fund to keep away from Esther. Samson’s chuffed when Noah agrees to a pay out, offering him two grand to keep away from Amelia and Esther. Later, Sam moots the idea to Cain of giving Dan a pay rise to help with paying for Esther but Cain resists. Sam’s thoughtful when Cain instead suggests that as a Dingle, he needs to think outside the box. In the Shop, Sam tries to distract Pollard while he steals baby stuff for Esther, he’s confronted by a suspicious Pollard and, panicking, flees the scene. On Main Street, whilst in hot pursuit of fleeing Sam, Pollard trips and hits his head. Looking down in horror at an unconscious Pollard, Sam worries about what he’s done…

Bob’s horrified when he knocks on Wendy’s door and she accuses him of having an affair with Bernice. She dumps ice cold water all over him from an upstairs window. Bernice is bemused when a soaking wet Bob arrives at the B&B. She’s outraged by the accusation of having an affair with Bob but believing Wendy might be going through the menopause, she’s quick to form a plan to intervene as a worried looking Cathy turns up to speak to Bob.

Realising her position as his boss is making him reluctant to start something with her, Nicky’s unimpressed when Gabby temporarily fires him so they can have their fun. But she is left floundering when Nicky quits instead……

Jai urges Jacob to reach out to Leyla to help with her recovery. Leyla’s moved when Jacob reaches out but Suzy’s left utterly stunned when Jai warns her off spending time with Leyla.

David prepares to attend court to surrender his driving licence as his driving ban is imposed.

Arthur gets Jacob to help him prepare for his LGBTQ+ event.

Friday 24th February 2022
