Zara arrives home to find Daniel drinking alone. She tries to keep the mood upbeat, and has treated them both to a takeaway curry. She’s concerned by his behaviour and his drinking, so she’s relieved when he suggests they watch something on the TV. Zara is furious with Daniel, but then she realises how upset he is. She tries to explain her recent behaviour but Daniel can’t understand why she didn’t just come clean with him. Zara tries to explain how she has felt since the explosion, and they end up arguing. Daniel and Zara’s relationship is in bad way…
Bear and Claudia are on a date at a bowling alley, and he’s impressed by her skills. They run into Serena Bradley (Tisha Merry), who Bear introduces as an old friend. Claudia doesn’t believe him for a second. When faced with her questions, Bear admits that he and Serena were ‘Friends with Benefits’. Claudia is shocked that he’s so casual about it. She tells him that she’s out of their relationship and walks out.
At The Mill, Emma and Al are trying to keep out of Rosie’s way, but Rosie is clearly plotting something for them.
