Lydia’s anxious at Home Farm as she snaps at Kim before sharing about her charged moment with Craig. Before long, at his office, Lydia hands in her resignation but falters when Craig emphasises how much their recent connection has meant to him. She takes back her resignation but worries if she’s making the right call. Soon, Craig reveals his true feelings for Lydia and she’s terrified when he begins to force himself on her. In a state of utter shock after being raped by Craig, Lydia’s unable to process what has just happened to her. Craig drives an utterly broken Lydia home. Making her excuses, Lydia escapes upstairs. Killing a call from Craig, Lydia silently sobs as the shower’s hot water runs over her. Lydia takes the decision to hide away the clothes she was wearing when she was raped, resolved to keep her trauma a secret.
Caleb makes his entry into the family official with a drink from the Dingle welly. Later that evening, a successful family gathering draws to a close. Chas is happy to see her brothers working together when they set about cleaning up. As Cain and Caleb wash up, the brothers start to reunite. Caleb’s happy when Cain suggests he won’t completely rule out going into business together.
Amelia comes clean to Noah about her anxieties of living alone and she makes a decision.
Belle feels insecure when Tom says he’s looking for a new place and learns it may be out of the village. Then at the Vets, Tom and Dawn chat about their respective homelife struggles but there may be a hint of flirtation. Later that day, Belle’s thrown to see a hint of chemistry between Dawn and Tom, especially when he decides to stay late at work with her.
