Gar and Dearbhla are still not talking to each other, even though Gar has tried to make amends. Dean invites Dearbhla to his vehicle for drinks. Dearbhla confides in Dean about her relationship problems. Mondo takes out his frustration with Gar on Joan. Joan receives news that a kidney donor has been found through a paired donation scheme, but the condition is that Gar also has to donate a kidney. Fergal gets angry with Dearbhla when she refuses to intervene with Gar on his behalf. Gar tries to hide his anxiety as he waits to hear from Dearbhla.
James fears being caught by the Guards, but remains scared of Zak. Gwen is frustrated when Zak fails to back her against Orla in McCoy’s.
