Daniel arrives at the Mill to attend a meeting with Bear, Nina and Zara. Nina’s sympathetic, but Zara is glacial and ignores him. Daniel tries to keep optimistic and thanks them for their support.
Bear tells Sid he’s received a text from Claudia. When Bear goes round to her house, there’s an uncomfortable feeling between them.
Andy’s van breaks down outside the campus surgery. Scarlett offers to let him wait inside. Scarlett charges Andy’s phone, but when he tries to talk, he gets emotional and leaves. Andy hides when he sees police constables approaching. Emma asks Scarlett about Andy and notices the van with children’s toys inside. Emma alerts the constables that the van belongs to a missing person. Rob tells Scarlett about it, and she talks to Andy about his situation.
