Coming up in Emmerdale over Christmas, Inside the dark, gloomy factory, there’s no sign of Mackenzie, just the chair he was once bound to.
Whilst over at Harry’s house and needing a way out, Chloe lies. But knowing she set Mack free, sinister Harry plays along. Furtive Chloe arrives at Keepers a little later but no-one’s home. She’s filled with dread when Harry catches her in the act and teases a surprise.
As Harry forces Chloe into the back of a car, he’s seen by Charity and Chas. Connecting the dots to Mackenzie, the two set off in pursuit. Arriving back at the factory, Chloe is horrified to see the state that Mack is in as Harry prepares to deliver another beating. Charity and Chas creep through the factory and overhear a shouting match between Harry and Chloe.
Chas gets caught by a heavy as she attempts to call the police, but is saved when Charity surprises her captor with a plank to the head. Chas rushes off to call the police as Charity prepares to go deeper into the factory. Mack musters his strength to give a vitriolic retort but having heard enough, Harry pulls out his gun.
As Charity quietly approaches from behind, Mack discreetly warns her to stay away, fearful of how this will end. Leaping to defend Mack, Charity ends up in a scuffle with Harry. A gunshot goes off…
