Cleo confides in Joel about her hurt over Abe. Joel suggests she slows down her relationship with his brother after all the drama but she says it’s too late to do that now they live together. Joel extends an olive branch to Abe, but when Cleo is brought up Abe snaps and walks out. Mercedes tries to reason with Warren.
CARTER CONTINUES TO LIE – Sally is struggling with back pain. Maxine overhears John Paul tell Sally and Carter her relationship is a joke. Sally reminds her son he should be grateful for his job and the McQueen agrees to apologise to Carter for being rude. John Paul questions Carter on his relationship with Maxine but as chemistry between the two men grow a scream outside stops them in their tracks.
